Wearing the right clothes for English horse riding events can make a great deal of difference. Dress in riding pants with tall boots, a belt, a show shirt and a dark riding coat with help from an equestrian and horse riding coach in this free video on horse training.

    i would not say “is best” because you can have different color jackets, like mine. My jacket is beautiful in my opinion so i would say that the classic colors would be navy blue or gray. and also, when i first began showing, i wore short boots (paddock) and had braids in my hair, not a hair net.

    thats cuz u prob. were in short stirrup, in younger classes u dont wear tall boots u wear rash gards or garders or something idk what the name of it is cuz i wear tall boots cuz of how old i am. and then hair in braids is cuz again of the class. just wanted to help :)
