		<description>&lt;b&gt;I agree that its ...&lt;/b&gt; &lt;br&gt; I agree that its not only the rein thats loose, How dangerous to have a girth so slack, Also i feel that less yack and more concentration on what the horse and rider are actually doing wouldn&#039;t go a miss, How can you teach when your not looking at what the rider and horse are doing, Thats how bad habits are missed and not rectified. 
I do however understand what is trying to be achieved here, but i just wish people would stop being complacent when it comes to safety.</description>
