In Canada, farming and military exercises would not occur in a National Park. Walking (well, hiking – lots of mountains in many of them!) and horse riding (where allowed) would be, so there are no conflicts of those kinds here.
Most conflicts here come between humans and animals, and of course the obnoxious, often drunk, human campers and others!
